Payless does not cooperate with other payless drop sites which was inconvenient. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I kept getting busy signals.

Low price compared to competitors. Easy in, easy out.

The car wasnt clean, but was ready to go when I needed it. When I returned, the attendant falsely accused me of smoking the car. I searched on the internet and found that this happens all the time with payless. I dont smoke and know that they are lying to steal my money.

Absolute refusal to refund $90 insurance portion of rental that was double charged by Travelocity and Payless. No amount of phone calls to either company could remedy this.
