The check in and check out were fast. The car however, was not ready for the next driver and it really had a bad odor. I know it is not the fault of the rental company when someone smokes in the car when they shouldn't but it should have been detailed better. I drove with the heat on and windows down most of the time.

This Staff is amazing. Extremely helpful and so polite. Joel Frias is one of the absolute best people to deal with. I would 100% reccomend using this location. I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the service.

We've rented from multiple rental companies. We've gone strictly to Enterprise only for years. They've always been professional and courteous and have had the best price and nicest vehicles available. Highly recommend the West Kellogg location in Wichita.

We have use Enterprise for a long time for car rentals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We used a truck for our latest 2000 mile adventure. Big fun to drive. Will use again in the near future.
