Wonderfully informative and helpful. Took care of my minor skin issue quickly and professionally, and did a great job of recommending up the best follow up treatment for my particular situation. Thank you!

I've been going to Dr Kling for over 10 years. He is always professional and thorough. The staff are friendly and helpful, it's always easy to get an appointment, and the wait times are very reasonable. I've also recommended several friends to Dr Kling over the years and they've always been pleased.

I've been going to Dr. Kling for 25 plus years.
I've had instances where my Primary Care Doctor wasn't sure of a particular problem, but Dr. Kling pinpointed and treated the problem spot on!
He doesn't waste much time but asks the right questions and gets right to the problem.
Five stars for competence and a fine personality!
The office is pleasant and the staff were on the ball.

I'm leaving this review for the second time, somehow my first review deleted. I called the office to ask if the Nurse Practitioner can call in my prescription as I had a flare up on my skin. She said, "No, I'll have to make an appointment." I needed the prescription desperately. The administrative staff said she will ask Dr. Kling, he also had the same response. I told them my appointment was the following week and I really needed the medication. To no avail, they refused to call it in. Now, the last time prior to my phone call, I was at the office four months ago. It wasn't as if my last visit was over a year ago. This office is strictly business which I can understand as they have to get paid. But when you place money over your patients well being and care, this is unacceptable. When I visit this office, I'm barely in the treatment room for 5 minutes. This office does not provide quality care. If you need a script, they would absolutely not call it in. As an ICU registered nurse, I have never treated a patient in such manner. Our duty as healthcare providers is to be a patient advocate , provide quality care and treat patients with respect. Trust me people, I don't know how people left positive reviews but if you're looking for QUALITY CARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Their main concern is getting you in to bill your insurance just to call in a prescription. The sad part is if they called in my prescription, I was still keeping my appointment. This office is a disgrace. Stay away and look for a dermatologist whose concern is the patient and not his cash flow. My advice for you Dr. Kling, never worry about money, it'll always come when you care about your patients. And to the Nurse Practitioner Lenise, I am truly disappointed in you. I thought you were nice but I was wrong. You're the worse, I can't imagine you being a staff nurse at the bedside. But you have to do what Master Kling says. As a NYSNA member, I would never recommend any healthcare provider or any individual to this office.

This Dr., whom I was referred to, pocessed a tone of condecension of which I would never tolerate again, given a choice. Thankfully, I do have choices.
After tolerating his irreverent and condecending nature long enough, I felt compelled to leave immediately. As I grabbed my jacket, the Dr. attempted to engage in conversation about my ailment in a subtly more thoughtful tone. But by then, I had accomodated as much indignity as my threshold would allow.
Would never suggest this Dr. To anybody I genuinely cared for.
