Long phone wait times, service is marginal at best and the kicker is.... Their policy states that if you have not been there in a year then they cannot refill any prescriptions over the phone and the patient would have to come in to see the doctor to get a refill... This is all good and understood but why do I need to come in before the year is up as stated by the receptionist, the policy was just quoted by the same person that told me that I would have to come in?? Sounds like they just want me to come in so they can charge for a visit... I have been a patient for over 4 years and will be looking for a more customer friendly Dermatologist that will not nickel and dime me..

My husband and I have been patients at the New York Dermatology Group for about 5 years. We are patients of Dr. John Adams. He is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, friendly and most helpful. He's probably one of the best doctors I've ever seen. The staff is superb, wait time is minimal, making appointments is so easy and even reaching them is easy. We are patients for life.

I've been seeing Dr. Adams for a few years now. Really great thorough doctor. Knowledgeable on many different areas and very nice and professional. He can also do travel medicine. I've never actually done any dermatology things there, but Dr. Adams is the best. Plus he was the second president so you can't go wrong.

I have really tried not to write a bad review. This is my first review of any business ever and under a fake name to protect myself from this embarrassment. I never want to hurt a person/company directly but I believe I should protect someone else from making this mistake. I got Ultherapy here by Dr. Charissa Tagupa through Dr. David Colbert and it damaged my face forever. They denied ever hearing of this happening regardless of countless reviews online that say otherwise. After, I asked for copies of my files and before photographs to be sent to me. It took them months to send and the files lied about the procedure and the before pictures were printed black and white with ink streaks as if the machine was conveniently running out of ink. The after photos i sent them showing damage were perfectly clear, larger and in color. This was a red flag for me. So, I asked them to send an electronic file with correct information and clear photographs. Now, 6 months later, I get the electronic copy through fed ex *NO SIGNATURE* required and, of course, someone went through my mail/opened the package stealing the contents. There is no excuse for sending this private information without a signature. They won't return my email and no one is available to ever talk via phone so I really don't know what was taken out of that box and what personal information is in someone else's hands. Personal information from a doctor sent unsecured with no signature is sloppy and unprofessional. My face is forever damaged from Ultherapy and now I feel completely violated with my personal information being in some stranger's possession. Do not waste your time here. They only care about taking your money.
