I've been a patient of Dr. Gratch for years.  I've looked the practice until they became Manhattan dermatology.  I contacted the office over 10 times to get my mail order script figured out with OptumRx.  Crazy!  My script was sent to Bayside.  Not sure how that happened.  Anyway, hopefully someone from the office will read this and help me.  Please.
