Worst experience ever! I went in for my 2nd appointment and they ran out of the nitrogen gas for removing a wart. They told me to come back when I am in the area which I never am. I finally came back and have been billed TWICE for the same service. I have tried to get this fixed for months to no avail. Their billing company has contacted them multiple times - no response. I have contacted them multiple times - no response. This was a HUGE inconvenience!

Dr Peter Chen Nysc is amazing! He has made me look 10 years younger than all f my friends.but very natural. He has also helped me with my skin cancer. He goes above and beyond any doctor.

I have been to several NYC dermatologists in the last 4 years, and no matter what treatment, no solution worked for me, we tried everything. One visit with Dr. Chien and he was able to identify the real issue and my skin cleared up in one week. I highly recommend Dr. Chein. His staff is also top notch and thorough. No "Assembly Line" treatment here!
