Ritu Saini MD - Dermatologist Murray Hill - Dermatologist Midtown, NYC 10016

I have been going to Dr. Saini for acne treatment and I was pleased with my treatment until today. I purchased cosmetic injections and before purchasing I made sure to ask if I will get the appointment for Wednesday, November 22, 2017, which I was given the appointment and I paid for the services in advance. One hour and half before my appointment I get missed call from their office, I called back they confirmed the appointment, one minute after Jenny calls to cancel because they don't have the product. I explained if I only purchased it because I was given an appointment for today, however, since they cannot accommodate me, please refund me. They are not refunding me and what's worst is the woman, Jenny, was rude and unprofessional. She just kept talking over me and refused to give me a minute to speak and spoke to me like I am child. Dr. Saini you have lost one patient because of your staff member Jenny!

If you have any skin... RUN DON’T WALK!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! ANYBODY WOULD GIVE A STRAY DOG BETTER TREATMENT THAN THIS QUACK TO HER PATIENTS!!! She has ABSOLUTELY NO BESIDE MANNERS & NO INTEREST WITH the patient’s WELFARE AT ALL, she is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, WAY TOO UNPROFESSIONAL... I went to see her on the past Friday morning about my angry rash on the back of my neck right below my hairline, I pointed at it to her & she still spent 15 seconds looking at my neck, INCLUDING 14 seconds trying to search for the rash under my hairline while I was POINTING AT IT WITH MY INDEX FINGER & 1 second looking at it!! And when I was trying to tell her my skin fold problem after I have massive lost weight of 100LB, I am bleeding from under my skin folds & is getting out of hand!! She TOLD me if I already knew what happened to myself, she DID NOT HAVE TO LOOK AT IT!! WOW THAT IS A SPECIAL KIND OF LAZY TO DIAGNOSE A PATIENT’s PROBLEM WHILE I AM A CLASSICAL MUSICIAN NOT A PHYSICIAN!!! THIS IS the LAZIEST QUACK I HAVE EVER HAD the DISPLEASURE TO MEET!!! Until TODAY, some OVER 72 HOURS AFTER SEEING the BONA FIDE QUACK, my PHARMACY HAS STILL NEVER RECEIVED the CALL FROM that QUACK for the PRESCRIPTION CREAMS!!! Perhaps a little encouragement from my insurance & from NYS DOH complain line would help me get my meds quicker!!

I went to this practice a few times in Murray hill and in queens. Dr Saini was great and so was the staff. As a dermatologist murray hill, very few derms are there.

She was nice enough but spent very little time talking to me (5 mins) and let the nurse do the rest. I ended up switching to another dermatologist as I felt she wasn't listening to my concerns. Good thing I got a second opinion too because he found additional melanomas Dr. Saini had passed over.

The customer service is horrendous as of 11/12/2015. I have had to contact this office for the past two weeks every three days. I was told that Stephanie will get back to me, that did not happen. I was then told to call back and follow up, which I have been doing for the past two weeks. On 11/12/2015, I called the office since I was told to call back. I was told that it has been noted that I am rude, and my service was no longer will be excepted. For the past two weeks of being nice obviously did not pay off because no one got back to me, so finally I expressed my frustrations on 11/12/2015 that I have been waiting so long for a call back, to be told my services will no longer will be excepted, from the Julie the coordinator. I have been an ongoing patient for the past two years frequenting every two months. I have had such a great rapport with the prior staff that I knew them on a first basis, and they new me on first name basis as well.
