Fraudulent charges First visit seemed well and was given mediation, rash cleared up but returned. Made another appt and when i spoke to Dr Saitta he said he was 90% sure that the mediation was NOT going to work and prescribed another cream. The 2nd prescription cream cost was over $700 AFTER insurance coverage, got the generic and again rash went away but returned. My bill showed a $360 charge for drainage of absess (same as post from Afshin f) that was NEVER done, I left messages for the billing ppl and got a return call weeks later. Got into an argument with the girl because she was telling me what was done based off the sheet and he said he would follow up with the doctor and call me back. She never called back and now i got a collection letter. Each visit lasted no longer than 15mins and now they are trying to charge me about $600. Dr. Saitta doesnt seem to know what he is doing and their billing dept is a joke

Very professional office. Never s long wait, doctor's are great.

They charged me a copay even though l already payed when l was seen. Feels fraudulent. They don't spend much time with you. Very busy office.

Be aware of that you might get a fake and fraud charges!!! My wife visited this institute for treatment of her skin. She asked for an in-network doctor for our insurance and they scheduled an appointment with Dr. SAITTA. In her appointment, She received only an injection. After a month or so, we received a shocking bill of $380.06 (just for an injection!, That's insane!). Once, I reviewed the bill, I noticed that in addition to two charges for the injection (Inject SKIN LESIONS >7 + INJ TRIAMCINOLON ACETONID NOS 10MG) (I assume the dr. mixed them into one injection!!!), there was another charge of $360 for "Drainage of SKIN ABSCESS" which my wife never received this procedure. All thing dr. SAITTA did was the injection. I tried to contact the Billing department to dispute this fraud charge in my bill in different hours but it just goes to voicemail. Apparently, their only concern is to charge their patients, fraud bills and don't care of customer service. If I could I would give them 0 star. Be aware of that you might get a fraud charges like me!!!۷

Love this doctor. Excellent Doctor. Takes her time, pleasant. Office staff is professional and friendly as well. Waiting time is good too 👍
