Alick's Home Medical Equipment

We just had a newborn who’s jaundice levels were high. When we went back to the doctor, his levels rose again so they prescribed a bili blanket for him to try before having to bring him to the hospital for more advanced treatment. They delivered it around 6 at night finally, without the casing for it. We couldn’t hardly use it. They told us that they would bring t back out that night or right a ya in the morning. Never heard from them. Called them in the morning to see when it was coming and the lady knew nothing about it. We just called back in now and the only thing the worker could tell me was that it would be here by five tonight, three hours from now. My suggestion is to not count on them for any infant related or anything that might be time sensitive. Terrible service and my baby still doesn’t have what he needs.

We were in a flood emergency! We Evacuated a quadriplegic client who was in great danger. We called for new replacement life sustaining equipment and found Alick's staff were great! They understood the issues and quickly went above and beyond to replace all this persons equipment to a motel so he could be safe and continue to live independently. It has been a helpful experience for All Needs Senior Services in a time of great need. Thank YOU !

I’m recovering from my second ankle surgery. I relied on Alick’s both time for my unfortunately necessary medical equipment to get around. They worked with my insurance company and even delivered the equipment to my home and made sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. However... after this second surgery I hope I never need to call them again...lol

I have been here several times. The workers are VERY nice, though busy. You must be patient, but when it is your turn they are 100% focused on you and your needs. All of this is the same when you call. I didn't go there or call there with any expectation of my wait time. I was pleased to be pleasantly greeted and taken care of in an efficient manner. All of the supplies I have ever gotten from there are excellent quality. When I order by phone, the supplies arrive the next business day--ALWAYS. They work with my insurance company and all of my doctors, none of which are local. My experience with them has always been good.

How dare they deni a return to a person who wife just passed away. She never came home to use the product. It’s a shame for the poor family suffering from there loss to have to be dealing such a thing at this time. I am outraged at this company and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. My deepest sympathy to the family that is going through this. If there was a minus star I would be hitting that one. So negative 5 stars for this company
