Alick's Home Medical Equipment

Received a piece of durable medical equipment ordered by the doctor. It never fit nor was set properly. Medicare paid for the equipment and was responsible for decision making about it. I took it back to Alick's and a few months later they started billing me. I owed them nothing and Medicare backed me up and set them straight. The following year, Alick's tried again to bill me for items Medicare said they could not. I had to get Medicare to intervene again and hopefully they will quit trying to get money they haven't earned. PS: any money would have gone to Medicare, not the provider. Be careful with Alick's

I've been dealing with Alicks home medical for years. They are always friendly to me. They keep me supplied with all my medical supplies. They come and take care of any problems I have with my equipment.

4 trips to this location, 2 appointments, nd 5 phones calls (all me to them, they cant bother to pick up a phone nd dial it), nd still no shoes! Now they say I have to call my doc ask for another (3rd one) script nd start from scratch AGAIN! THIS IS INSANE!!! APPARENTLY EVERY EMPLOYEE IS AS INCOMPETENT AS A DONKEY PREFORMING BRAIN SURGERY. Somebody has got to kick this store into shape or SHUT IT DOWN ENTIRELY. IMMEDIATELY!!!!
