Lauren was very generous with her time in giving me the lay of the land and orienting me on the incarceration procedures in Coweta County. The local attorney who helped me out also coordinated with Lauren, and he appreciated her courtesy, professionalism, and caring.

Wonderful experience with this bonding company . She was nice enough to completely start the bonding process, Paperwork, & had already signed them out when we were heading towards coweta county due to having a little commute ! Definitely the best and helpful considering I’ve never been through anything with jail until this experience!! Thank you all city county !!

I wish that there was a way that I could put zero stars. I have never in all my life been treated so badly by someone I have never met before and by someone that I have never talked too until this past weekend. I just so happen to be a Marketing Executive and I have plenty of experience when it comes to working with the public (22 years to be exact), this bail bonds person needs some better training!!! I hope she DOES NOT work full time with this company! If so, they are doomed! With my career choice, one of the things that is required is, develop and maintain client relationships. This young lady should not be answering the phone and given the responsibility to help those in need. She has NO idea how to develop client relationships. She completely ruined my night! I called to get my fiancé out of the Coweta County Jail for suspended license & failure to maintain lane. This young lady treated me as if he was arrested for killing someone or dealing drugs. The company says that they are open 24/7?? Well, I am sorry for calling at 3am in the morning. She made me feel like I was arrested for these charges! I understand that I woke her up but it says you are 24/7?? I normally don't leave reviews or do the surveys for companies, this one was a must!!! I had to wait a few days to rate them, I was so upset, there is no telling what I may have said. To anyone who plans on calling this company to help bond out your loved one, DO NOT call them at 3am. In my honest opinion, I would call this young lady during normal business hours. She is not a happy camper when someone wakes her up. I hope that someone speaks with her regarding this and that this may be a lesson learned. I ended up calling another bonding company that was 24/7 and the young lady who answered the phone was super nice. She explained the process and told me about the delay due to something with medical and fingerprints. She told me that she would call me when he was ready to bond out and meet me at the jail. She said that she would call each hour until he was ready and she would inform me of any updates. This young lady was everything that someone who deals with the public should be. She even apologized for the other young ladies actions. This agent also sent me a text to update me each time she called the jail. She made up for the terrible experience I received from the other bonding person. Please USE CAUTION when calling this company!! If you want the other companies information that was good to me, contact me via email and I will gladly give you that recommendation. I hope this company discusses this with their bonding person so that other potential clients are NOT treated like I was. When your fiancé gets arrested, it's very upsetting and she just made it worse. I'm praying for this young lady and this company.
