I am 60 years old and they took my money. I am on a fixed income. The management team will not answer or return my phone calls. When I called to asked why she do it she said it was the only card on file. I didn’t authorize the transaction nor was I called. The 975.00 that was taken have caused me get 5 overdrafts@ 36.00 each. My monthly check hit on the first and I was still 34.00 overdrawn. Why can’t I charge them with theft of property over 500.00? Rent is due , who gonna pay?

Went here for a quick question. There was a little wait time because only one person was working and she was helping another customer. It was a nice atmosphere in the office.
