Great customer service. Great tips and suggestions. The store obviously prides itself on offering the best selections for your pets. The employee who assisted me knew the brands well and had such great information. It was my first time in the store and a great experience.

Hard to navigate to due to the way the cross road is layed out. The store offers mainly items for dogs and cats, bot very many items for birds that I could see. Definitely a store for the pet owner that likes specialized dog or cat food. There is an entire section of the store dedicated to only kibble. Car stickers, beds, pet themed items, this place has them all. If you are in search of a gift for that person in your life with a pet family, this place should have you covered. I didn't give it a higher rating because I didn't find the staff particularly friendly. They all hung out behind a check out/customer service desk. I would think being on the floor would be most beneficial.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They solved a huge issue for me in a matter of minutes. My dog had developed a food allergy I couldn't identify ("rhea" in the house everyday_sorry.) It was terrible. My vet recommended food that cost $78 a bag and it only made things worse. After 10 minutes of talking with the staff they had identified two common issues -potatoes and chicken- and sent me home with a bunch of samples. It cleared up within a week and 3 years later he is still great with zero tummy issues...did I mention the new food is only $35 a bag. I suggest the grain free Holistic brand for any sensitive dogs out there.

All pets considered always has a kind and helpful staff available. They have a wide variety of snacks and food all of which are healthy and safe for your pet. Also they have a great record keeping system i lost my receipt but needed to return something they printed me a new receipt allowing me to return my items for cash back. Awesome place to shop!!!!

This is for the groomer and not the store!!! We had a 12:30 appointment for our pet grooming but never heard back for when she was done so I left work early and arrived at there location off of Cone Boulevard at 5:45 p.m. I walked in and there was no one at the reception desk and as I looked to the left through the smoked glass which conceals part of the grooming area I saw that they had just started grooming my pet. Curious to see how well my cat was doing I watched as the young groomer worked fast and efficiently however an older woman who was assisting was the complete opposite. She was holding my cat down bye the neck and was telling my cat "hold still you little sh!" I know cats can be difficult but mine is a little bit older and is a talker so imagine my shock as I watched his treatment. Finally a young lady came around to the front desk and greeted me in which I immediately pointed out that our appointment was for 12:30 and that we did not receive a call and that I just witnessed the rough handling of my cat during his groom. She apologized and offered nothing and did nothing!! I do not recommend taking your pet there for grooming unless you are prepared to have a traumatized animal being returned to you!
