The staff is very friendly and helpful. I came in with a brand new puppy that I was not anticipating getting that day and they got me a coupon book and list of necessities. They always help you get the best deals. They have several free events to socialize or train your dog.

The shopping experience was Great! Was asked if I needed help from several employees. What was VERY disappointing is the 1 box of food I purchased had an sell by date of 2/1/18. I did not realize that it was expired until i fot home. I was in the store on 4/14/18, 6 weeks after the product should have been pulled off the shelf. When I returned it the employee seemed to not be concerned that someone was not doing their job of checking dates...i know I will be from now on. So even though the shopping experience was great, there are still issues that management needs to address.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I wish they carried the retractable leashes with the cord instead of the tape. The tape ones are easy for my dogs to chew through. They tend to get tangled easily.

This is by far the best pet store this whole NC area has! They sell every kind of reptiles and small animals you can think of, and they're very well cared for and all very healthy. The staff seems well trained and knowledgeable. The cages and tanks are well maintained and allow plenty of room for the animals to live in while waiting to be adopted. They have every type of food and accessories for many types of species, so all of your pets needs are all there in one store.

This Petco is great. The employees are so helpful and friendly. I enjoy getting pet supplies there.
