This PetSmart has everything you would come to expect from PetSmart. A little smaller than most but very adequate.

This is the most unprofessional businesses I have ever encountered. The grooming manager, Tonya is unable to give me the district managers phone number because I wanted them to know how she and her staffed have wasted our time. After dropping off my dog I called and asked them not to do the all natural bath for the additional $19 I called the vet and he said it wasn’t necessary. Once I told the lady who answered the phone that I immediately got a call to tell me they do not feel comfortable grooming my dog,( she had a skin condition a few weeks ago and was healing ) vet said she was fine and when I left her I was told it was fine , only to find out over 2 hours after I dropped her off they decided they couldn’t even trim her face or ANYTHING! Absolutely a waste of my time. I am a busy professional working long hours and honestly have never had an issue with The Mooresville locations ever! Go anywhere else

Great place to get supplies from although the staff can be busy. I recommend doing research before you go or while there on your own instead of depending on staff for anything beyond general questions. Very good experience the few times I've been and I will return.

Horrible service by grooming dept. Inexperienced and Poor facility management . Wife Made grooming appointment online for our maltipoo with medical issues. They placed him in a kennel at 7am for 2 hrs. No service. I returned heard my dog going crazy in back room. They said student didn't feel comfortable giving him hair cut. I'm sorry. But, i refuse to let a student cut my dogs hair.
