I came in today looking for something very simple for my cat so that she can maybe be potty trained on the toilet and Paula was able to help me with that along with other questions.  The store had also help me getting rewards which is better than Petsmart because you can get discounts!  I like the arrangement of the store and the customer service provided with it!  I recommended this place and I will be coming back! Thank you!

We were charged for a servicd that we did not ask for. I did complain at the store to the attendant and she only said to me that it was an add on. But we did not ask for the add on. I just paid it and wanted to get my dogs home. I tried to call the corp office and that was a joke. I decided to go back to the store and speak to the manager personally and that's when they won me over. The Manager Dwayne was very understanding and he did not hesitate to refund me the money I did not ask for. The cashier which I wish I would have gotten her name but when she reads this review she will know who she is. I hope this review gets back to someone important so the two of them can be praised in front of their peers. You now have a loyal guest at that location.

Rewriting my view even lower. I've come on for grooming on several afternoons and not once have I gotten service. Every tome they've either closed early or said nobody can trim between my dogs pads or even fire her the brushout service. It's an awful lot of wasted real estate. After just now, I'm never coming back to try. Waste of time in every conceivable way.

Staff is super friendly and the product selection is great. Prices are a little higher on some items and PetSmart and not quite the selection available at other locations.
