I visit the store often to get supplies for my bearded dragon. The store is very clean however you have a few workers there that are in management that are not so friendly. Some days I have walked in the door and was greeted on other days management looked right at me and didn’t hesitate not to greet me. You do have two employees that work there and are very nice they are both males. However for convenience it is awesome but I would highly recommend Pet Supply Plus they treat all the customers nice.

Very friendly staff! I go to this one or the one in Huntersville. Both very clean and easy to find what you're needing. Always able to bring my Jasper in and get his nails trimmed.

Staff was super awesome! I've been to a few different ones and this one is definitely my favorite!! Has what you need and easy to find.

Clean store. Lots of fish and fish supplies. Reptiles. A good place to visit if you're getting your first pet.

I would not recommend this store for dog grooming.  I have a 10 lb Yorkie, One year old and there was not an experienced groomer there that could groom him. They referred him out and suggested the only way anyone could groom him was if he was given some type of sedative before hand. We were new to the area and really first time dog owners. He was used to being groomed since the previous owner took him and I took him to several other groomers in the area and they all groomed our dog fine without sedating him. Lynette/Annette tried to and the store manager neither one could do it. Annette said that he nipped at her fingers but honestly, Professional groomers should know how to handle this. They made it seem like he was a 30lb pit bull trying to attack them. I even asked if they could suggest somewhere to take him and Cody couldn’t when he saw him. As you can see we had a horrible experience with them. I would try a private groomer before coming here.
