Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Great selection. Will order items for customers. Great fish room. Has a Groomer, adoption center, wide selection of birds, reptiles, bunnies, and everything else you could imagine. Great place to bring your pet for a visit. Also, they help out pet owners in ways you'll never expirience in a big chain store. The only downside is the parking lot is a little bumpy, but I'm sure that's on their 'To Do' list. Great store! This is one small business that is worth your support!

I just get overwhelmed every time I go here. There is an overload of information from employees. I just want to shut down at a certain point.

We’ve visited every pet store within an hour of us, chain or not, and by far, they’ve won us over. We’ve purchased supplies for our ferrets and dog here, and just today, brought home a wonderful cockatiel. They keep a clean store great prices, good selection, happy pets and the owner is just amazing; Answered every question we had about bird ownership and even special ordered food for our ferrets that no one else carried. They also work with the Rutherford County Humane Society to provide adoption opportunities within their own store. If you love animals, you need to check it out.

The employees are nice about helping you when getting everything, AND MORE, than your pets need or could ever want!! Especially Leo in aquatics!! He loves his fish & will tell you EVERYTHING your pet fish need & suggest websites you can look up to understand more about how to care for your fish & their environments!!
