Petco Animal Supplies

Once they are out of something... dont think that they will have it in stock anytime soon. Deer antlers and bull horn dog chew toys are a hot commodity in our household. I've asked repeatedly about these items but we get them now from a local pet company on Patton ave. This is my only complaint. The staff is always very helpful and kind.

The smell in this Petco is overwhelming. I’m not sure what the source of the smell is but it is pretty horrendous. The selection is...meh. The prices are high. Every now and then though you can find a deal. I feel like we got an aquarium for a good price. And the folks that work there are nice enough. Otherwise they often don’t have the products I’m looking for and if they do they’re just too expensive. But, again, the smell right now (it’s not always like that) is so bad.

Last night my Son called and described by name an automatic litter box to an employee. Oh yes they had one. Drove 16+ miles one way and there were none in the store. Employee actually got mad at us... after offering discounts he stomped away. So I go online and order as they told me to do. The company can not ship to the store unless I call, yes I need to call them and get them to accept the shipment. Unbelievable a company would treat customers this way, $200+ order. Avoid Petco is all I can say.

I want to upload the photos I took but I don’t see that option. The ferret enclosure was full of poop, at least 8 piles of it. A lot of it smeared along the sides of the glass. There were only 2 ferrets in there, which means it has been left at least the entire day. The smell coming from their enclosure was horrendous, poor babies!!! I’m disappointed in this store, I will not be purchasing from them any longer. Petco- please take better care of your animals, they only have you to look to for happiness and proper care. :(

I wish the prices weren't so high. I end up spending too much there every time I go. But it's a nice clean store and everyone that works there are wonderful. Polite, Friendly, and they go above and beyond to get you what you need.
