Have stopped in a couple of times. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Great assortment of dog and cat products. Not a great selection if you are looking for aquarium items, but enough.
Prices are comparable and I enjoy shopping there.

I go too the pet stop in Franklin to get my crickets. I have never had any issues there any the customer service is great.

Great place to wash your dogs!!  Very clean and well equipped bathing area!!  Have a wide variety of pet products for all sorts of pets.
