Pet Supplies Plus

I have 4 dogs, have been buying supplies here for years and usually get good service. Today at check out I mentioned to the polite young lady that I'd previously purchased a 35 lb bag of dog food and when my daughter took it out of my car the bottom of the bag had been taped up but there was still a 2-3" round hole and that I doubted I'd gotten 35 lbs of food.. The employee's response was. "I didn't do it." At my urging, she finally said she was sorry.

Spoke to District Manager. She was concerned about my experience and apologized. She has asked me to return to the store so they can improve my impression and make up for my dissatisfaction. I'm impressed and pleasantly surprised. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness.

Love this store. It's small and home filling. And always has a grate staff that love there jobs. I've been going here for now over 2 years.

Great staff very helpful. They helped me pick out fish that were compatible and food for my new aquarium! Will definitely recommend this store.

My go to place for pet food/supplies! They have a great selection and a good price for good dog food that's in my budget. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Been going here for years and don't see myself going anywhere else.
