All Star Pools, Inc.

Ritchie and his staff were awesome to work with. We had delays due to the weather, so the pool ended up taking longer, but that wasn't All Star's fault. Ritchie has been very responsive to any questions I have and the pool turned out great. I've recommended All Star to all my friends and coworkers.

I recently had a pool installed by All Star Pools, Inc. First, I would like to say that purchasing my pool thru All Stars has been the worst thing that I have ever done. There have been so many occasions of bad customer service. My pool is intact and seems to be good. however, we had so many Issues in getting it installed and completed. I paid our first check on May 1st of 2017 and it was not completed until 3 months later. The contract that we signed states (letter O. #2) that "The company agrees to perform the work in a diligent manner." All Star Pool did not show care and conscientiousness in their work or their duties. There were so many delays, some due to the weather, out of there control, but most due to no one showing up for weeks at a time; we were told that it would be completed week after week. The salesperson/owner made so many promises and a lot of it was just misleading. The construction of the pool took so long due to mistakes made on there part, like pouring concrete in the wrong conditions making it all collapse. SO many mistakes were made that had to be corrected and took entirely too long because the company took on other "bigger projects" and completely ignored the construction of our pool. Their customer service is horrible, there is no communication between All Star Pools and their contractors, they don't care about your request even though you are paying them to have a pool put in. If you do not call between 6am-7am you can forget about ever hearing from them. Whatever you tell the original sales person will not get carried over to the project manager because their communication is horrible. The company's excuses were constantly "it's the weather" however my husband went to work doing outdoor construction on numerous sunny says when they were no shows . When we would call to see why there were so many "no shows" no one would respond. There were a couple of days where they would send someone out to work 10 minutes and then they would leave for the other jobs they were doing. The sprinklers they installed did not match the pool, careless cutting of the pool liner around skimmers, tons of rocks left behind under the pool skimmer baskets, never covered up the plumbing, etc. The construction of our pool was a complete nightmare. I have posted to social media warning people about this pool company and everyone who has ask about how our pool is coming along, I make sure to give them this company's name and to tell them to never use All Star Pools, Inc. and to pass my experience along to others interested in getting a pool. I believe any other pool company would have finished our pool in less than 3 months and would perform the work in a diligent manner. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a pool, find another company. You may pay a little more but you will be better served and able to enjoy your new pool without time wasted and the frustration of dealing with a company where customer service is lost by rude, dishonest, and unprofessional staff who does not have their priorities in order.
