I bought a Polaris 360 from them.  After hours of trying to get it to perform as is should and couldn't, I contacted BD.  They sent a service guy to my home to help me and I live about an hr away!  Excellent service and expert knowledge is what you should expect when dealing with this company.  They really go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.  5 Stars all the way!!!
