Very nice people. But takes WEEKS to get them to service your pool with repeated phone calls. If you can get them to your home they are great. But don’t expect good customer service in scheduling or ordering.

We absolutely LOVE Valley Pools! The employees are super nice and very helpful. Their yearly customer appreciation day is also amazing.

Valley Pools has been incredible from the start. I have a beautiful pool! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. As a new pool owner I had lots of questions. They were happy to answer every single one. I've received wonderful service as well. I would highly recommend Valley Pools for the service, quality, and value.
