I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have worked with Allen Sigmon on marketing and property management, and the professionalism and care of this team is unmatched. Whether it's investments, property management, or working with the brokers, the Allen Sigmon team is terrific. The principals (Brad & Lance) have over a decade of commercial real estate experience. They also genuinely care about their employees, partners, and tenants. It's great that we have this caliber of businessmen working toward improving New Mexico. I highly recommend this company, not only for commercial real estate deals but employment opportunities as well.

I wish I could give them a ZERO for management skills. Poorly built properties and no services, no management. Terrible!
