Were very helpful in my search for a low income based apartment. Emails were promptly responded to. I have not actually been in the building. It was only phone and emails that I rated this place highly.
I have been on the waiting list for 4 years and was told that I am no longer eligible because of the change of household that I had reported before the pandemic and the lady whom was very rude had taken me off the list..I am a single parent and after I had told them I have my notes that I called to check on my application to make a change and all she said there was no notes for me ever calling in to talk to anyone..otherwise it would have shown on the notes..then I gave her my email and waited for her to give me my papers to fill put and nothing...noe I checked my status on the editing list and I am off the list...I've been calling left messages and no response thru email or by phone.. I feel I'm being discriminated against...who can help if this is normal or what?
No one here wants to work. I would give zero stars if I could. Housing inspector was a no show twice last week. I need to reschedule. He does not answer phone and I cannot leave a message. AHA does not answer phone either. Totally frustrating.
I am simply blown away by the treatment I have received and how great it has been I have been from day one with nothing but respect
I would put zero stars if I could. We want answers and so do other tenants! Was given 30days to be out for remodels when we were told we were last phase and they put us at a hotel where we have been for 7weeks! While other tenants don't get this option! Or answers to any questions! I'm ready to protest if aha doesn't start to explain the b.s they are putting us through!
The front desk middle aged, Curley-haired woman who wears a tacky pink ring has real attitude problem. As a front desk person she should know that customer service with a smile is at the forefront of her job description. She’s rude and unworthy of this position. I feel bad for the people on section 8 and people going into that office who are looking for resources. Life is hard for many people in Albuquerque, and to be treated so badly when your luck is down is not ok. Albuquerque Housing Authority can do better with their hiring. Others , more fit and kind will gladly take her position. I will be speaking with the director regarding this employee. Sincerely, A landlord who cares about people
Really bad service, Sad to say people that work there treat clients like if they where animals, I have clients that come to me crying because they need help and they are treated so poorly, they are rude to the clients, clients ask to speak to a manager and they say there is no managers, some clients get the door closes in there face because they don't speak the language.
I want people who own homes that will be used in this program understand the mistake you are making. Three weeks ago a tenant moved out from our home. We have chosen to sell this home so we asked Albuquerque Housing Authority and tenant to move out in time frame per lease agreement. Tenant expressed umbrage. At this time we have close to $4000.00 in repairing intentional damage. Large holes in several doors, shelving ripped from walls, etc. Albuquerque Housing Authority claims ignorance. So beware. When you are seeking something that equals 0 you will get 0.
I've been wondering why our complex is not getting the attention it deserves. We've been waiting almost 6 months for new washer. There are people here that are in wheel chairs that have to go up to another floor or down to another floor just to wash clothes. How is that right? There is a hole in the ceiling on the ground floor that needs fixed. When it rains water gets all over the floor. How is that safe? Why do we have to live like that?
do Albuquerque housing authority have their own payment standard sheet
