We have shopped many times here after having various appliances in our home go out on us. They have a great selection and delivery and installation service that won't break the bank. The sales people are always kind and always helpful and the delivery/install guys are great too. Highly recommend checking it out!

We purchased a beautiful Whirlpool french door refrigerator on August 23rd, 2017. We also purchased a Maytag washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were delivered without issue. Over a $5000 total purchase. The refrigerator however was the last one they had, so we agreed to purchase the show room model. The salesperson and us went over the doors and there were no scratches or dents. We were not purchasing a scratch and dent item! When the items were all delivered on 8/23, the delivery staff had not wrapped the refrigerator correctly and it arrived dented on the front panels. We agreed to take possession of the refrigerator since we were assured by AL that they would order in new doors and replace them at no charge. Today is 2/13/2018. After months and months of broken promises, we still do not have new french doors. Again, we did not purchase a scratch and dent item. No matter how many times we speak with AL, all they do is promise that it's on 'back order.' I am sick and tired of waiting for my new doors for my new refrigerator! I have bought my last several appliances from AL and have had no issues. But this is ridiculous. Honor your promises. My daughter, during the same week in August, that I made my purchases, also bought a full suite of kitchen appliances, based solely on my recommendation. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone! I plan to open a complaint with the Attorney General and with the Better Business Bureau

Very polite. Good prices. I am returning tomorrow to buy my new washer and dryer. And I don't have to pay for an extended warranty since this one comes with a 5 year warranty.

This company's service department is not acceptable. I asked a technician to come to the house twice to fix the ice maker. It would not operate automatically. After two visits, I still have to turn it on and off manually. The next complaint is the washing machine. It is five years old and is dripping water back into the tub. The technician came, inspected the machine, replaced a part with diaphragms which was supposed to stop the leaking. There is no improvement. It still drips and the mold odor is awful.

loved the experience of working with this company. my under the cabinet fridge wasn’t cooling and I took it in and they gave me an estimate to fix. the cost was over half of new so I decided to purchase a new one from them. it was in stock to boot. they applied 1/2 the service and diagnostic fee to the purchase of a new one and I couldn’t have been happier. Ms. dalton was extremely helpful in my choosing a replacement unit. then when I went to pick it up a young lady(can’t remember her name) was so helpful and friendly. she processed my order on friday at 4:45pm before a big holiday weekend. I was shocked she wasn’t making me feel awful for coming in a few minutes before closing. overall I was amazed at the great customer service of this place. I went back to my business and raved about how much much help I was given. I wish google had 6 stars because this whole company deserves it.
