Rhino Roofing

Rhino Roofing did a wonderful job for us. They came quickly after we called for a roof inspection and when they found damage to our roof they filed a claim (with our permission) with our insurance company. They worked with the claims adjuster and us to schedule the roof replacement and the crew was here on time on the day we were scheduled. Our salesperson Basil checked in with us regularly during the roof replacement and answered our questions or got answers for us from the front office when we needed clarification. Our new roof is beautiful and very well done. Basil brought us a detailed statement of the work done and the cost for that work at the time we made our final payment. And we also received a check from Rhino for damages to a small flower bed, even though we told them it was not necessary. The customer service and work were great on every level. We couldn't be more pleased.

They put on a new roof (energy star certified shingles - shasta white) for me. They removed the old shingles, and everything else down to the wood. For me they reused the sky lights, and a couple other things to help keep the cost down a little. The helped me with all my questions from the beginning of the job, to after completion. Start to finish (quote to inspection, and final paperwork) was almost two months. Actual work time was two days. Waiting on the inspection was most of the time (I got my roof done when it seemed like everyone else was due to hail damage, so everyone was very busy), lol. Overall I am very happy Rhino Roofing.

Rhino refused to give written itemized quote They just wanted me to sign over insurance checks without giving me a price or quote for the roof Very pushy Be careful what you sign, don't sign anything until you read it line by line. They will try to get you stuck in their contract which is the form they are trying to get you to sign. I have attached pictures of their terms and conditions. Very deceptive. Find another roofing company

I do have to say at first I was hesitant , but talking to basil he broke everything down for me anytime I had a question he would have an answer right away . The guys that came to work on my house were very friendly and respectful , and one hell of a job was done . Not to mention they pick up after their work and make sure to leave no nails . Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend this company and Basil as a representative. Thank your dearly, Monica L. Sifuentes

Great company to work with from start to finish! The staff in the office is always ready and willing to help in any way they can. The installation crew was friendly, professional and extremely hard working. They were very respectful of our property and animals. They made sure that the area was swept multiple times for all debris, especially any that might cause harm to our animals. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing to anyone needing any roofing work!!
