We have had ALLO for a few months. Installation went well and we love the internet. We are not particularly happy with the tv. Several channels continue to “freeze” for long periods. The number of channels are less than Spectrum. Will give a few more months to see if it gets better.

Easily one of the best ISPs out there.  Superb symmetric speeds in conjunction with the static IP add-on simply cannot be beat!

At this point in time you are not going to find a better ISP product for the price in the city of Lincoln. I would go with aloe for that reason alone, so the fact that their customer service is off-the-charts good is just gravy.

Difficulty getting installed.  They are very disorganized and several different crews have been here but I am still not hooked up.  Finally got hooked up and the internet speed is outstanding!  Highly recommend.

Allo just got done installing in my area of town sent me weekly adds in the mail saying Allo fiber is now available in your neighborhood!schedule your installation now! Called ordered it on the 11 they called back on the 16th set up appointment.for the 29 cancel my current subscriber because I'm going with Allo they call back on the 21 st saying they need to cancel appointment.call back guy says yes he sees something about a boar they have to do but doesn't see why it would affect install date wait for an hour after appointment Date call them to see what's up the lady says they need to reschedule a time.because of a bore they have to do.asked her what we are looking at time wise and says typically about a month or so.What??? Maybe they should wait until they are ready for install before sending out flyers now have go 2 months or so without Internet.don't make appointments for install if you can't install! Hopefully it will be worth the wait.
