We were told that we were not allowed our password for our router because we are too stupid - I have no ability to change my password for security. They insist on doing it.. The service drops in and out - night and day. Its just awful. When we complain they say they have never heard from us and there is no record of any complaints.

Absolutely the worst Internet phone provider we have ever had.  The Internet goes out constantly and we cannot even use the land line due to all the static.  They over charge and want a $100 disconnect fee if you don't use their service for over a year.  This company is definitely ripping off people

They allow scam artist to use their service to bully money out of people by claiming to have an unpaid Credit Card Debt. 
I don't even own a Credit Card
When you call the number back all you get is a busy signal. This has happened 5 times now in a short time!
