Great Plains has excellent customer service.  They are always available and happy to assist.  They have a lot to offer in technology and very punctual to get work done.

Thanks to them I can play  my PS4 online. And when I call them and ask for anything to be fixed they are on it within 48 hours. Thanks great plains!

Worst costumer service I have encountered.  They charged me $300 dollars in unnecessary fees. I switched to Century Link and my internet is faster and cheaper!

Forced to upgrade to their awesome "fiber optic".  Back to dial-up speeds.  Way worse than their DSL.  Well done, GP.

Sucks goes out all the time for weeks, hopefully it gets fixed, they were on it immediately which I appreciate so much
