I generally abhor dealing with Cox but Manuel at this location made returning all my equipment a breeze, he even helped me carry the box full of stuff from my car!  Give this guy a raise and allow him to provide education to all Cox staff on proper customer service because he is an expert! Thanks again!

I called to get signed up for internet. They wanted to give me tv just $50 more a month than l wanted to pay, jerks.

I tried to sign up online another 50 minutes, wasted. They can't mail me a modem? I have to pick it up . GO to the store he types me, here's the hours. The hours were all wrong! 

Still no internet, maybe Monday l can get the modem, it's about $180.00 to $190 he types. The e mail says $199.99. I had to ask him 4 times how much it costs. He only answered after the 4 time. Then l get 3 prices, Cox=idiots.

I don't like dealing with Cox it's like a monopoly raise your bill almost every month- but there people give good service at Cox Stores

These guys are awesome! In and out with the info I needed, no time wasted. I absolutely despise the cable company but Manny and the guys down here are the definition of great customer service!
