Dale and his team reviewed my policies and fixed issues and weak coverage on my policies. Katherine has always been great, helpful and friendly to deal with. If you're looking for a place called home.. come to this place. They've really treated me great.

Best insurance agent in Louisville, hands down. Amazing service for all insurance needs and great customer care and appreciation. The people here are there to help you as much as they possibly can, I wouldn't have insurance through anyone else because of how my wife and I have been treated here.

These guys are good! Whenever I call, Katherine answers with a smile. They listen to my question/concern and begin working with me to find solutions. When they say they will follow up, you know what? They actually do! The office is close to my house, so I can stop by during my lunch hour. No more "1-800-who-cares" for me. This office is my "go to".
