Family Select Insurance

Amanda has been a class-act: thorough, helpful, prompt, and courteous. She helped me save on my rate and increase my coverage. I am very happy with every level of service that I have experienced thus far.

After working with Family Select for a month or so for better rates on auto and homeowners insurance, I was finally ready to make the change to them and save some money. The day I told them to go ahead and get the policies going, I was told that something came up under my credit. Under my 790 credit score?? It bumped the rate up more than $1200 a year completely wiping out any savings that I was told i was going to receive. I received little to no explanation, and was told that nothing could be done. They were a complete waste of my time. Wish I had a 5 star experience like many of you, but unfortunately, I did not.

We had a great experience with Family Select Insurance. Our account manager, Amanda Turton was very knowledge of the many companies they represent and was able to save us approximately $600 dollars a year on home and auto policies. The best experience ever when switching from our current insurance company to Family Select. Thanks again for a great and cost savings experience.

I normally don’t post but they are worth it so here it is! Awesome on insurance rates especially when I needed them the most they had the cheapest. They were highly up on communication & the most friendliest in customer service. My agents name was Amanda & every time I emailed or called her she was right there! She is awesome!

Enjoyed the experience. Dealt with Alex. He was willing to come in on his day off to help me get everything squared away. Very professional. Saved me over $750 on an auto, home, umbrella policy combo. I've wanted to try an independent agent but always shied away. I felt like staying with a large insurance company was safer and would save me money. Obviously not in my case.
