Allstate has made my time with them great. My car caught fire and it was hassle free. The agents contacted you directly and made sure I had s rental and reimbursed me for my vehicle and things lost . They are amazing and I will Be insuring my new vehicle through them

I would recommend finding a different agent for Allstate. This agency isn't responsive at all, including when you escalate an issue to corporate.
