My experience with Mr. Gonzales has been great! He is always understanding and pleasant every time I need something, and I'm pretty NEEDY. Great guy, great office, very professional.

Do not select this agency for your insurance needs. They were friendly in the beginning and wasted no time taking money from my account. I wound up having to cancel the policy due to unforeseen circumstances and everything went downhill from there. They lied to me repeatedly about when my money would be returned and David is extremely rude and unprofessional. His response to the delay was that the company was "handling other things." Unbelievable! 

I know others who have had good experiences with State Farm but do NOT go with the David Gonzalez Agency. He should not be allowed to represent the State Farm franchise. You will regret it.
