I have been insured by the Allstate insurance company for about four years. I have over these years received excellent care with my automobile insurance needs. As an example when I could no longer afford a vehicle, when things were very tight and I was forced to use public transportation, this company gave me a way to keep my insurance in force with a very, very, low rate to keep me from starting all over again. I am once more on the road and everything was made incredibly easy for me as a retired senior. I am grateful to Rudy Alston III and his staff for their suggestions and certainly for their kind and honest service. This company has over the years been a special blessing to me and I am sure they will to you also. I rate them ten out of ten gladly, they won my confidence years ago and so much that I asked for renters insurance which before I was not interested. these folks are top notch and are experts in their profession.

Left messages with a person, left messages with the machine, emailed through the website, and my policy update still hasn't been completed. It has been over one week. Not sure what they're doing over there. I won't be renewing with them.

Mr. Alston is very careful to accommodate any concerns that I may have and that's a plus for me. Over 15 years with the same company, now that Speaks Volumes!! I will continue to recommend Allstate to my family, friends and Co-workers as we are, "In Good Hands!!"

Rudy Alston has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. He is extremely thorough, dedicated and the level of service is unmatched. He cares about his clients and has on more than one occasion worked with me to find ways to save. Not only does he go the extra mile for his clients, but Rudy also has a wealth of knowledge and I always feel like I have the best insurance for my needs. I highly recommend Rudy for his knowledge, service, and genuine concern for his clients. It is not often that I write reviews, but in this instance, I felt compelled because of his superior service.

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. The staff is absolutely terrible. I have no idea where to begin. The last straw was today. I received an email from Pamela Chase stating my policy was cancelled and to call her if I was interested in renewing. I have two policies, renter's and auto. My payment information is on file. Instead of someone stating they needed additional authorization to process the renter's payment, the policy was cancelled. They didn't need additional authorization to auto-renew the policy. When I called Pamela this morning she had the worst attitude ever. I am not sure how this agent has any clients with support staff like so.
