Lloyd Chesley Jr - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with state farm for almost 20 years and trusted my agent who insured my family immediate and extend. He and his staff treated all of us like family. I was sad when he treated. We were moved to Mr. Chesley. His staff is unfriendly and do not respond promptly. I moved all of my cars and home to All State. My father passed away and his home was still insured by Mr. Chesley. I wanted to refinance the home and put the insurance in my name. An email was sent on a Friday 3pm by the bank. I called on Monday at 3pm because I had not received a response. Philip began to argue that it was sent from the bank at 9pm (we know the bank is closed at that time). I was also told I had to wait until my turn. I said okay this is why I left the company and I will just call my All State agent. After stating this Philip states he just needs a title and can provide a quote, which I received 3 hours later. I should not have to threaten to leave to receive a response.

Truly great experience with prompt timely service. Nicole Edwards has helped me get insurance lined up while buying a car through my credit union. After the first sale fell apart, she reran my paperwork on another vehicle. She was easy to reach and responded with the type of speed you need when dealing with a bank that closes at 3:30 and a seller out of town. Thank you so much. I will recomend again and again.
