We have been a client of this Shilling and Wessel Allstate Insurance Agency for 35+ years. I have had great experiences with a few incidents over the years and was treated very fairly with car repairs, rentals, and compensation for a theft incident. As the family grew, we once had 6 cars insured along with everything else. Tim and Michelle helped to go over all of the coverage options to get the correct coverage for each of the cars. Less cars now but from time to time we review the coverage to make sure they are up to date and in line with current needs. Tim, Michelle and everyone in this office have always been there to answer questions and give guidance. You don't need to live near Bel Air for these guys to be of service. We moved from the area in 1984 to Howard County and are an hour away from their office now but we wouldn't change our Allstate representatives for anything.
