I was very pleased with the service I got from Jordan. She made me feel very comfortable speaking to her and I was very satisfied with her quick response in explaining and resolving my questions in regard to my policy.

I tried on multiple occasion to contact the office regarding my insurance policy. Everyone who answers the phone is extremely nice. However, I'm starting to think it's to get me off the phone quickly and to the next task. Parts of my policy changed unannounced as well- I would have appreciated literature on that it was never sent. Elkton office has poor customer service skills. I use to work with one agent in particular and since she has left I cannot get clear answers or in contact with anyone.To me the company seems shady and all about the customers' money rather than follow through and good feedback. Invest in employees who follow through on tasks. Lack of communication and information provided to consumers. I'm giving Mccool a huge thumbs down.

I just switched to McCool Insurance Agency after being with another company for many years. I wish I had made the switch a long time ago. I couldn’t be happier, my agent Dorothy is absolutely amazing!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and has your best interest at heart! I highly recommend Dorothy and McCool Insurance Agency for all of your insurance needs.

McCool insurance is top notch! Any of my questions are answered very quickly and they are very efficient. I have been there for 14 years and they constantly are looking for the best price and most coverage. This company constantly gives back to the community, as well. Becky and Sabrina take such good care of their customers! The whole team is very helpful.

I have worked with McCool insurance for 8+ years now for business insurance and couldn't be happier. They placed me with a great company and my business is difficult to insure as we do emergency fire and water services. Bill and his staff are prompt to address our needs and any changes in policy. Also, they are proactive by bringing to my attention insurance policies that I didn't even know existed, and definitely needed. I highly recommend working with McCool Insurance.
