The Allwest staff is amazing! I have used Allwest for years and their customer service is absolutely fantastic.  I wouldn't t move with anyone else.

I couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Allwest! I was pretty worried about the many logistical challenges that could arise when moving out of my downtown Seattle condo. But after speaking with our movers Glenn and Jacob, their professionalism, knowledge and "can-do" attitude quickly put any concern I had at bay. And rightfully so as I am thrilled with the job they did! Moving day was completely stress free, and not even a wine glass was damaged. The guys were great, Ambrea and the office crew are amazing and this was by far the best moving experience I have ever had!! Seriously, they are the best!!

These people are great! Ambrea is a sweetheart and incredibly knowledgeable. The guys were professional, efficient, and friendly. When I called into the office to pay with my credit card, Stacey was a delight to talk to! I really don't know what some of these bad reviews are all about. I work in customer service and know that some people just have unrealistic expectations, so maybe that's why. But I'll definitely be recommending this company to everyone!

The movers started out a bit later than what I was told, but were extremely fast at getting things moved out and into the truck. 

Everything seemed to be great until they left. My child's play kitchen is broken and a lot of our furniture is badly scratched. If that was the only things that were wrong I would have given them 4-5 stars. However, while they were reassembling our bed, they mentioned forgetting the support legs at the other house. I said I'd put the bed together myself after I went and got them. They proceeded to put my bed together and said that they "found them". Which turned out to be a complete lie and instead they propped my bed up with a couple cut 2x4 pieces from our garage. I wouldn't have even known had I not gone to our previous house and found the support beams. 

So apparently you need to make sure you watch them assemble your stuff.

Hired them to try to move a large two piece bookshelf upstairs. I was able to get one part up with great difficulty. They came, tried to move the bottom half but couldn't fit it through. So we had them try to move the bottom part back down. They caused some wall damage and broke some trim off the the shelf. After several attempts, they said they couldn't do it, so was out $200 and some wall and furniture damage. Talked to the manager and he came back to try to move it with me. Sadly I wasn't able to repeat what I was able to reverse what I was able to do. We caused more damage, but I wasn't expecting to claim that, and nor did I. The manager told me someone will call me to set up an appointment for a claim to fix the damage they did earlier. The manager was part of the two man crew who tried the first attempt and knew all the spots they damaged.  

The experience really goes downhill after that. It wasn't as simple as it was told to me. They actually send a letter where you fill out and mail back. After that, they call to set up an appointment for an inspection. Then Stacy came by, annotated where the damage they caused was. She seemed very clear on what damage was caused later with me and their manager.  A week later, I get a letter in the mail saying that since more damage was done, we are denied repairs. I didn't move it alone, I moved it with one of their managers. We both were very clear where the damage they did before were. He also told me that they would take care of it after the second failed attempt. I tried calling Stacy for two days leaving a message. She simply replied with an email saying all correspondence after a claim decision is made has to be done written.  

While I was a little disappointed they couldn't move the top part back down, I don't hold it too much against the company. I also appreciate the manager coming back out to help move it with me on attempt 2. But with Stacy and the poor claims process which went very differently than what the manager told me, I would not recommend this company if you value your property.
