We were so happy with each of the crew members who helped with the move.  Each one was professional, polite, and they did an awesome job.  The two leads - Keith and Charles - were terrific.  I would recommend them and your company to anyone needing to hire a moving company.

This company has terrible customer service.  During the move they broke/damaged three pieces and lost one piece.  After multiple telephone calls to both the local and national office and after admitting that the damage was caused by their movers, the company management refused to reimburse for the lose and for the damage prepare.  Will NEVER use this company again.

They told us to be there at 8:00a.m. but didn't start unloading us until after 1 p.m. This thru a Major monkey wrench into are day because we're dealing with E.log this cause us to deliver 3 jobs the next day

Taxed an hour to the start and finish time. Complained the moment he got out of the truck that he didn't want to pack all that stuff and didn't have the room for it. Not very nice people and terrible customer support.
