Olympic Moving & Storage

The contact in the office was nice and helpful. Did a great job of scheduling the quote. The person performing the quote was right on time (He had to wait on me due to traffic on my end) and very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The office staff was helpful when I needed to move my move date back a couple of days and ensured that I got the afternoon start that I needed as well. The moving team showed up exactly at the scheduled time. They were very friendly, talkative, and worked around a frantic pet that took a few minutes to catch. They took the time to answer questions and to help pack the last few items. Packaged everything neatly and carefully. Beat me to the new place and was ready to unload. Worked well with a very narrow stairwell to get a king sized bed and furniture up. They didn't use any of the words I would have used during that process - exceptionally professional. They also helped me to move around a few pieces that I wanted changed after everything was set up. This is the second time I used Olympic Moving and Storage and if I move again I will use them a third time. They came highly recommended to me and I have continued to recommend them.

The two gentlemen (sorry about not using their manes) were professional, polite, friendly, and very efficient. They unfortunately had run into an issue with their GPS and still managed to find us with minimal delay. They managed to pack our stuff very efficiently under our stipulated time.  Not only were they very fast, but everything was handled well, and all our modestly expensive furniture survived the trip.  They were very conscious about not leaving any shoe-prints or pine needles on the carpet of our new residence when they unpack the furniture. They were extra careful for not making contact with the wall when they move things up in the short stairway. The final cost came out to be less than the original estimate which was helpful for us to include a small tip. Their customer reps responded fast and were courteous when we contact them a couple of times. This was the smoothest move, and glad we went with this company. We'll definitely turn to them again in the future and have no hesitation what so ever in recommending them to someone else.

This was my 8th move with Olympic Moving (4/12/18). Their people are very profession, treated all of my belonging with great care. They protected the floors and doorway at each location with padding/hardboard so there is no damage to the property. I highly recommend this company.

There's just a pile of my broken things in the driveway, and the truck isn't even a quarter of the way unloaded. UPDATE My belongings were deliberately vandalized when packed by Olympic Moving and Storage at their warehouse, the company that delivered the items had not opened any of the crates that were packed until arrival at my new house. Some items were destroyed and then wrapped and re labeled in an attempt to have me check them off the inventory before inspecting their condition, some of my items appeared "keyed" (deliberately carved with a metal object) very few items were wrapped or packed at all and at least 4 bins are still missing. The crates that they packed looked like dumpsters, everything quite literally just tossed inside including glass, family heirlooms and antiques that are irreplaceable. I'd like to add that Catrina has been incredibly responsive and has taken responsibility that the way my move was handled was absolutely unacceptable.

This company was great. They don’t have all these crazy fees like some other companies. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment with out damaging anything. They where fast and polite. I would recommend this moving company.
