ATTENTION ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL – Do not trust this company. This is the first time I’ve worked with a moving company and this is making our PCS process a headache! Once the movers finished unloading our household goods, they told me a third-party company would be assembling everything for me. They told me that since they didn’t know how to put together the furniture, they were not responsible for putting anything together. The movers damaged part of the house and after exchanging several emails with their claims department, they stopped responding to my emails. I was promised follow up calls and emails, but never received them. I would have to call several times to be forwarded to several people before getting an answer. I understand a business needs to profit, but not in the expense of your customers. Worst service I have received from a company!
