A year ago, I was going to leave them a lengthy 5 star review about how I appreciated them being in my budget, saving my teeth, being on time, friendly, knowing my name, offering a gift card, etc. NOW, I am warning you. This dentist started three root canals and failed to mention how much the cost of fillings and a crown would be and didn't care when they got finished. He also got UPSET that I went and got my wisdom teeth removed. Something I told him I would be doing that he couldn't do that needed to be done because it was causing pain and because they needed to be removed to put in one of the crowns. I also told him I was screwed over by a dentist with an ancient bridge and that it was my top priority to get it replaced. The bridge was out of the question and the dental assistant was upset I'd even bring up the financial part of it-never once giving me options. Do NOT start treatment with this guy. He also missed an entire canal in my root canal. Another root canal he did instantly broke the tooth-now it will have to be extracted. Fillings he put in? Fell out within weeks. Something he blamed on the wisdom teeth guys who pointed it out to me in the xrays they took before they touched my mouth. He will only fix oh so much at a time and will constantly let you know what a piece of work you are. Because of this dentist, I am paying at a discounted price $15,000 to fix my mouth by another dentist who did about 12 xrays and will be rushing to fix things so that this gets done quick without any further damage and with a financial plan that will work for my family. Never got the gift card. Walked out of his office bawling. Never got a call. They could care less about you. They care about their money and how to make your appointment work around their lunch plans.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because I have some anxiety issues. I had a crown fall off so that forced me to go in. I had driven by Alpenglow several times so I took a chance and made an appointment. I had the best experience I could have. The office staff was great helping me figure out my insurance when I showed up unprepared, and Dr Faerber was so kind and great at calming my anxiety. I will definitely be going back to this office and to Dr Faeber.
