The work done on my teeth here was just fine and the receptionist was friendly in helping with insurance. However, after finishing a cavity filling the dental assistant said “I’m going to put fluoride on your teeth now” and I went along assuming he would tell me if it cost extra or was in any way not apart of the service for my filling and cleaning. Then the receptionist charged me $20 for the fluoride I didn’t ask for even after I said it was miscommunicated. It was dishonest to do that and I only paid because I felt like I would have been seeming like the dishonest one as if I’m trying to not pay for what I was given. It’s unacceptable to put a patient in that position and I regret not sticking to what I felt was right. I never write reviews but this seemed dishonest and was not good customer or patient service.

I was a little nervous to go back to the dentist because I knew I needed a lot of work. They were so comforting, and didn't make me feel ashamed of my less than perfect teeth. The Dentist was very honest and forward, and I respect that. We came up with a plan, and I am excited to get my smile back. Everyone there is so professional and kind. I put 4 stars because I haven't experienced the actual work yet, but I am sure it will be low pain and successful.

The wait time here is ridiculous!!!! I will never come to Apex Dental ever again! And I encourage people not come here. Unless you like 30+ minute wait times and overpriced treatment! Every time I come in it's pathetic!! Stop over booking your Dentist!!! And train your staff on how to correctly file a claim so the patients don't suffer!

Usually this place is in great shape, the dentist I went to for years is now gone and replaced with a different dentist.
I went to this office for an emergency filling on a gaping hole in my tooth, which is extremely painful.. took work off expecting to get this taken care of, I showed up for the appointment and ended up waiting 30 minutes for the Dr. to show up.
After the doctor showed up he told me what I already knew (giant hole, must be very painful) he then proceeded to shrug this off and told the assistant to schedule me out.
Why would I schedule out an emergency filling that has put me out of work?
Great front desk, always lovely.. but this is unacceptable and mediocre at best, for such a reputable company.

Scheduled an appointment and after nearly a month of it on the books and several calls from me asking additional questions they called me to let me know they made a mistake with the time. Will not be rescheduling because we know we will not be treated as a priority here.
