Had a really great experience here recently and will now establish care here moving forward. The clinic was able to fit me very quickly given my more emergent concern and they were nothing but friendly and helpful. Answered all of my many questions and checked to see how I was doing later that day to ensure I was feeling better. Will recommend!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at Copper Ridge Dental for several years. I love that Dr Canwell views my treatment as if it were his own. The front desk is very friendly and helpful in explaining my treatment and payment options, and are fantastic at reminding me about my appointments. I can’t recommend this office highly enough!

Great staff. Awesome dentist. I’m terribly anxious about about getting dental work done, but they had me at ease the entire time. I will definitely be back for regular checkups and will have my family come here from now on as well.

Update to Response: Way to point the finger back at the customer for your own mistake. I did call to make a payment, but then when I asked what the payment amount would be and was told our account was ALREADY a 0 balance without any payment today (the balance wasn't even checked by staff before taking card info), but I assumed they knew what they were talking about after looking at the account. As I did express my concern and requested the "ledger/statement" with the breakdown of why it was showing 0 (without any payment today), and I also asked that this be brought to the office manager's attention when she got in tomorrow. All I'm getting at is, a phone call before processing the payment would've been nice (I realize we dont like to admit our own mistakes). Instead, you slap the payment amount/date of today, and show a 0 ending balance (after the payment I was told wasnt going to be processed today, got processed today without informing the customer - leaving us not knowing which card it went on). Initial Review: Not happy, I called in today and attempted to make a payment on our payment plan with reception. They didn't make sure there was even still a balance on the account before collecting card information and nearly processing the payment. So, immediately after providing the updated card info, I asked if the balance was still what I thought it was. I was told it was actually already at a 0 balance, so I asked that they provide the ledger they were willing to email showing it at 0. When received, it showed the payment was in fact processed as of today. My wife called back and was told I was confused about it, when I vented my concerns with reception while I was on the initial call and asked that they verify the info with the office manager when she gets in tomorrow, but i insisted on getting the ledger too. Now I admit, I did ask for a receipt forgetting that no payment was due today, so I made a second call to inform that since no payment would be made today, that I actually only needed the ledger. Their response to this was that they would send the ledger. Nothing at all was said about the payment coming out today, so imagine my surprise when the ledger showed a payment with today's date...be careful when making phone payments with this place.

I had to have a crown put on and the lab misshaped the 1st crown, they had no problem on getting my second and third temporary crown on until the right sized one came in and then they had it installed and feeling great in under twenty minutes. They are really great professionals, I hate giving them 5 stars now everyone will be trying to go here but I have to because they are this good. Thank your everyone for being such professionals.
