Staff is always amazing and friendly. Doctors are gentle and knowledgable. This place should be a perfect 5 star! Only complaint that brings them down from a 5 to a 2 star is their prices and the way they go about some things when it comes to those prices. I am bummed that I referred my partner to them for them only to have her sit down and then tell her they wouldn't clean her teeth for less than $700.00. They said they would have to do "special, by-the-quadrant periodontal cleaning." This would be perfectly acceptable if they actually tried to do some cleaning to come to this conclusion. I have a permanent retainer that requires their "heavy-machinery" to clean and they do not charge me for this. So they basically told her they're not going to touch her unless she coughs up money (said in a nicer way, of course!). Really a bummer for a nice establishment. I appreciate the response. This gives us hope!

Will never go here again and will encourage others to find other dentists, as well. My husband and adult son have never had a cavity in their lives. Both were told they had cavities. We had my son's taken care of but my husband wasn't buying it. He's since had two dentists tell him he's got no cavities, so I'm skeptical of all the "cavities." Also, my son went there for his wisdom teeth to be removed. I paid cash for the visit but they submitted a bill to our insurance for a regular examination and cleaning even though he didn't have those done and it wasn't a visit for those. So when he had a regular examination and cleaning at our new dentist, they were denied and told he'd exceeded his permitted exams because Stonehaven had submitted a bill for an exam and cleaning that hadn't happened. I think their business practices are suspect and I don't think they're honest.

I started going to Stonehaven in Lehi back in 2010. The service and interactions have always been fantastic. My husband and kids now go there as well. They remember preferences and Monique is the BEST hygienist I have ever had. We adore her.

My wife went here for about a year. Her 1st time there they told her she needed about $1,000 of work done, which seemed reasonable because she hadn't been to the dentist in a while and has bad teeth. We had them do all that work, then 8 months later she went back and they told her she needed $3,671 of work done! She went to a different dentist for a 2nd oppinion who diagnosed the work that needed to be done at less than $1,000. So glad we sought a different opinion. Watch out for these guys, they will say you need all kinds of crowns and additional work that you just don't need. Giving them 2 stars because my wife said they were very friendly and good with the kids.... But honestly, trying to charge someone an additional $2,600 seems borderline fraudulent and deserving of 1 star.

I have gone to Dr. Cam for a couple of years at the orem office and always am happy about my visit. They are friendly, fast, and professional. My children go to the Lehi office, as they are set up to use anesthesia for serious dental procedures on kids. We have always had good experiences with everyone we've interacted with there. Our emergency visit there last month was so exceptional that their service and kindness blew all expectations out of this world. My 4 year old son fell and broke his tooth on a Saturday night at 8 pm. I wondered where I'd find help for him at that time. I contacted Dr Cam who contacted the Lehi office. Within 20 minutes we heard back, and they came in as quickly as possible. Dr. Bret Tobler and his wonderful assistant met us at the office at 9 pm to do an emergency extraction. They were so professional, down to earth, and kind. We were immensely grateful to them for their kindness towards us and our son. Thank you so much for going so far above and beyond to help our son. We are so grateful!
