Came here to get a basic pre-built computer for work. The computer did not work after getting it back to the office so I had to go back to the store. They were receptive and and immediately replaced the computer. They even tested the new one before I left to ensure it would work. Good experience. Would recommend.

Such a great shop. A geeks dream. They keep lots of those old parts you've been looking for and all the new latest greatest technology you want. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices.

The prices are slightly higher than average but this place is great in a pinch. When buying a new motherboard and processor I was taken care of quite nicely. They even flashed the BIOS for me to make sure I didn't have to jump through many hoops to get my rig set up. I highly recommend.

I've been using Altex for my buildings IT related cabling or other enterprise items not found at Microcenter or Frys for years. They are great!

It's a brick and mortar, the prices are going to be a bit higher. If you need IT equipment in a hurry, chances are they've got it. Their customer service reps have always bent over backwards to help, unlike at some other computer stores in the area. Our company moved to the area a few years ago. Altex was right down the street, and we found all the incidentals we needed at fair prices. Worth your time to check it out if you're in the area.
