Fry's Electronics

I shop at this Fry's fairly regularly and always get less than stellar customer service. This last visit I was in the market for a new monitor. While they had the one I was interested in in stock, it was just sitting out of the box where it was previously hooked up to a computer. I was told that was the only one, take it or leave it. I wanted to look at a couple more and the sales associate walked away when I turned my back. After that every time I had a question, I had to seek him out. This wouldn't be much of an issue except I'm disabled and use a cane to get around. If I gestured for him, he would ignore me even if looking in my direction. When my husband emerged from looking at some joysticks his demeanor immediately changed. He was helpful and attentive. While I will continue to swing by this Fry's for immediate computer or networking needs, it's been my experience that the sales staff needs to be retained. On a positive note, I've never had an issue with an item being out of stock when the website says they have it, nor have I ever had an issue with price matching.

The store was clean and organized, I like that it’s well labeled but as I walked around I noticed several aisles that were fairly empty.. as if they missed a restocking shipment! I walked by 5-6 associates before One even smiled and asked if I needed help. Then when I did have a question it took a bit to find someone to help me but the associate was kind and helpful. I’m used to amazing service from a Houston area Fry’s so this was unusual to me. Maybe it was just an off-day.

Stop by here today to pick up a few electronic items that I saw online for a really decent price. After comparing the price at this location and some of the other electronic locations I decided to come here and pick it up after ordering the product online. When I arrived at this location the store was fairly empty and there was no one waiting in line. I was able to get my item and get out of the store with in a timely fashion. The individual cashier helping me was able to locate my item and bring it to me within a few minutes.

I love Fry's. It's my grown up toy store. I'd spend months in here if it didn't mean emptying bank accounts to do so. They suffer from the same thing Best Buy does: the many employees that either push a purchase on you or run away when you actually need some help. As much as I dislike that it can't stop me from dropping by.

amazing place for electronics and appliances.. well i was buying a hp laptop when I finished I leave to continue shopping for few more items .. by the time I get to the register had been passed about 15 to 20 min ..at the check out time I realize I didn't have my wallet..here I go back running tour computer section l,in my way the guy who helped me ..I saw me.. and says it's at!! loss and found!! with out me sayin anything or asking.. it was very nice of all staff an helpful .. 5 star definitely
